The CES 2007 show took Las Vegas by storm. Held at the Las Vegas Convention Center on January 8-11th, it was a busy and challenging show for the Las Vegas team. Sho-Link handled 20 different setups which required a labor call of 100 men to complete, however, the crews never wavered in their upbeat attitudes or ability to think on their feet as they took on some huge exhibit setups. Sanyo, an enormous 60x170 booth, from ICON Exhibits took a crew of 9 men and had some unusual obstacles. There was the last minute construction of a large wall section, the hanging banner that had to be produced overnight and the water tank that demonstrated waterproof plasma which required 120 gallons of water being brought to the booth and then disposed of at show close. Led by Mike Degiacomo (Sho-Link Chicago) and Jesse Reyna, they were able to smooth out any issues with show services and demonstrated on a consistent basis with the client that their abilities on the show floor are beyond compare. Also at this show, Sho-Link handled the Delphi booth, a 110x90 exhibit from Exhibit Enterprise and both Optoma, a 50x60 booth and Spectra a 65x55 booth from Derse Las Vegas. |
