     “I want to mention the excellent job that David Davila and his Sho-Link crew did for us in Las Vegas. Were it not for David, I think we would have been in a lot of trouble. David even helped us resolve issues that were not part of what I would expect to be part of the typical set-up agreement. This level of customer service is rare these days, and when you have the pleasure of dealing with such a quality group, it deserves recognition.

As you may know, the client did not schedule any Sho-Link labor prior to the show – they thought they could handle everything themselves. On Sunday evening, they realized they were in over their heads and called on ICON to bail them out. We promptly contacted David Davila on show site who was able to spare a guy from another client to send over to the Bartlett booth. Through numerous issues and up to show opening, Dave stuck with the client to get as much resolved as was possible.
