“I am writing this note to let you know that Steve Brierbryer along with his team made our Miami IBEX 05 experience a lot better than it might have been due to the incoming hurricane. Steve had left a phone number with us after setting up our booth, and when I contacted him about an early dismantle because of the impending hurricane, Steve went much further than just accommodating. He was there very quickly on short notice with his wife and crew and was extremely knowledgeable and concerned in helping me to anticipate all that I needed to get everything out of the Miami Convention Center. I truly enjoyed working with him and want you to know how pleased I was with him as your customer.” Michael Simmons, Hickory Springs Manufacturing

“Your San Diego crew did a great job at the CAR convention, especially since the show people didn’t let our booth off the truck for ages & ages!” Kim Lieu, Zip Realty

“I just wanted to let you know what an outstanding job that Aaron Landry and Larry Siers did for us at the recent Pack Expo show. Working with Aaron and Larry is always a pleasure for me; they make my job so easy. Larry and Aaron went above and beyond for all three clients I had at this show. My clients thanked me numerous times for taking such good care of them. I could not take all the credit. I could not have done it without the help of Aaron and Larry.
A special thanks to David Davila and Bill Redman who made sure that we were well taken care of as well.”
Barbara Wingo, Derse Exhibits

“I just wanted to take a minute to let you know what a fabulous job Joe O’Reilly and his crew did for us at the recent Direct Marketing Association Show in Atlanta. As always, Joe was most accommodating to our clients and myself. Kathy Arvanitis from Moore Wallace told me several times how pleased she was with the responsiveness from her crew and Joe. A special thanks to Eric Moore and Larry Townsend for the outstanding job they did.” Barbara Wingo, Derse Exhibits

“I would like to thank you and your team for a terrific job on MGI PHARMA. Under the direction of Ralph Moleda (Derse Pittsburgh) and Jim Mount (Sho-Link Atlanta) both the ASHP and ASH shows were successfully executed for this new client and their new exhibit. The client took the time to comment on the professionalism and responsiveness that the Sho-Link and Derse personnel demonstrated at these first two shows with us as their new partner. I appreciate everyone’s effort.” Monica Pitcher, Derse Exhibits

“At the recent Worldwide Food Expo in Chicago we had seven clients on the floor and every one of them went out of their way to tell me what an outstanding job their crews did. As always, working with Paul Raffanti and Terry Hogan makes my job so much easier. I was not able to be in all the booths at the same time, but Paul and Terry made sure everything went smoothly; from working with Paul on the labor calls prior to set up, to the very last phone call from Brian Roberts.
I would also like to thank Stan Acavelli who ran the Alkar job. Sue Mulhern was extremely pleased with Stan and the rest of the crew in her booth. Sue made mention several times during the installation and dismantle how much she liked working with Stan, Jerry, and the rest of the crew she had. Sue was very appreciative of Stan’s attentiveness.
Scott Draka, who ran the Cozzini job, won the client over in the first five minutes of the installation. Tom Spino from Cozzini is not easily impressed, but whatever Scott did impressed him and he made sure to let me know Scott ran double duty between the two Cozzini booths and never missed a beat.
And there is Brian Roberts who ran the TipperTie booth. We were working with new people this year, and not only did Brian shine in the booth, the client has already requested him for the next Worldwide Food Expo in 2007. Amy & Aniqa from TipperTie could not believe how smooth everything ran. These ladies could not say enough about Brian and the crew in their booth.
Please pass along my thanks and appreciation to Paul and his entire crew that worked on the Derse jobs at the Worldwide Food Expo.”
Barbara Wingo, Derse Exhibits
