This beautiful 2-story exhibit was set in the parking lot of the LVCC. The entire exhibit was carpeted. Included components were a 24’ front tower and a 20’ banner mounted in the rear of the space. With Sho-Link’s assistance, a flag pole company drilled and mounted seventeen flags. Additionally, LVCC plants were removed and replaced with tons of rock and three large machines. Jann Taylor with Derse exhibits is the account executive for this impressive exhibit. “Another fine job,” states Stu Murray with Wirtgen America. “Sho-Link and Derse did it again. We want you all back on our next show in Las Vegas.”
January 2005 proved to be an interesting
and eventful start to the new year in Florida What made things more interesting, were the shows that ran concurrently with IBS. Surf Expo, Super Show, and NAVC were also in town at the same time, bringing our labor call to over 85 workers in 5 different venues. With 13 million pounds of freight and only 8 foot isles, the crews worked continuously for 16 days and nights to get these shows in and out. Outstanding service was given to all as the crews were tasked with long hours and little rest while still performing in a professional manner. This effort made all clients at IBS and the other shows feel comfortable and well serviced.
A special thanks to all involved from the Orlando crew to the
traveling support given from the “out-of-towners” on a job well done
with such a large event. |
