At ProMat 2005 in Chicago last month, your crew was faced with many challenges that were unforeseen prior to their arrival. Ron Austwick was our leadman and made quick, effective decisions to solve issues as they appeared, at the same time provided money saving ideas. The floor plans and set up drawings were poor at best. When the client arrived on schedule, had we not been with your crew and their dedication and quick thinking, the progress on the booth would have been well behind schedule upon his arrival. Thank you again for your crew’s continued dedication to providing quality labor and service for Derse Exhibits, Lisa Herrendeen’s team and our customers. Your Chicago crews always go above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our clients are 100% satisfied and look their best on the show floor. I would also like to include Paul and the flexibility he shows us time and time again with changing labor orders and working with us on the show floor. He is truly an asset and a wonderful leader in Chicago. I look forward to working with your crews again at the International Housewares Show in March at McCormick. Thank you again and please forward our appreciation to the guys.” - Lori Haynes, Derse Exhibits
“I just wanted to extend a ‘thank you’ and ‘congratulations for a job well done’ to Steve Bierbryer and his crew in Miami, Florida. Steve and his team set-up and dismantled my client’s exhibit at the ISET 2005 show, which was held this past month at the Fontainebleau Hilton Hotel in Miami. They were challenged by several external vendor-related factors on the set-up and did a great job! Steve called me and kept me up-to-date on things throughout the set-up. My client had nothing but great things to say about the tremendous level of service and commitment they received by Steve. What a good operation you have in Florida!!!! Sho-Link labor typically does a nice job for all my clients, but I love hearing when they do a fantastic job! A job well done is worth being noted. My client’s happiness and satisfaction directly relates to our satisfaction as a Sho-Link member and customer. Thank you to all!” - Emily Huntzinger, Hamilton Exhibits “Victor Tadefa was exceptional to work with - prior, during and after the show.” - Paul Quay, Hamilton Exhibits “Just wanted to follow up and give you some feedback on the results from ProMat show for our mutual client, ITC Manufacturing. The client indicated he was thrilled with the rental tower system. Additionally, Paul Raffanti and his team did an outstanding job. The client requested special help outside the scope of Sho-Link’s contact and Paul moved quickly to satisfy all challenges and meet the needs of ITC. ITC’s Marketing Manager, Greg Medley, said they did a terrific job and was grateful to get such fine support and service. Paul provided timely communications to all parties before, during, and after the show. We were impressed with Nimlok’s solution and Sho-Link’s terrific service. Thanks to both you and Paul for a job well done and on budget. The client was thrilled and we achieved targeted margins!” - Bob Sargent, Prism-Design
“On behalf of my company, Paul D. Cummings World Wide Enterprises, I would like to send a special thanks to your employee Mark Hanson. During our company’s primary marketing event for the year, the NADA Convention in New Orleans, Mark was our Sho-Link contact, crew chief and exhibit manager (I’m sorry if these titles are not exactly correct, yet these are the duties he performed). Mark’s work ethic, patience, suggestions, speed, accuracy and “Can Do” approach helped make this our most successful exhibit experience to date. He was always accessible and in-touch during setup, exhibit times, and tear down. He worked hard and long and was not happy with good enough; perfect or better were his final stopping points. If we had a question; Mark had an answer. If we needed something; Mark got it. If we changed our mind about an issue; Mark made it happen. Most notable, when we decided to reposition 50% of the 40x40 exhibit during the last day of setup, Mark looked over the situation, made a couple of calls, and – in a few short hours – had the property like we wanted it. After the show opened, it was so nice to get a ‘drop-by’ from Mark to see how things were going. The show went great. I have never felt more confident about my company’s exhibit and exhibit property during an event. I believe this confidence was transferred ultimately to the atmosphere and appearance of the exhibit and also the exhibit personnel. One reason I am late in sending this note is the fact that we were so successful at this year’s convention, I have just been able – after a month of business surge – to slow down long enough to write. Thank you Mark and thank you Sho-Link for a job – not ‘well done’, but – executed far beyond. Sho-Link has been well represented and Paul D. Cummings World Wide Enterprises has represented itself sharply, professionally, and with ‘pizzazz’ to the automotive industry and our clients.” - Jon Hoppe, Paul D. Cummings World Wide Enterprises
“I wanted to send you a note of thanks for all your attention,
assistance and attitude during the install of Delphi at CES. I look
forward to working with you again.” -
