Terry Hogan has recently been promoted to Chicago Assistant City Manager.

In the spring of 2004, then Assistant City Manager Kathy Chesney became an expectant mother and decided that she wanted to spend more time with her expanding family, choosing a part-time position with Sho-Link. The Assistant position was then offered to Terry, and accepted by him.

Terry has been in the tradeshow business for over fifteen years, joining Sho-Link in 1998.

His extensive knowledge and experience along with his magnetic personality were very apparent to everyone. He quickly became one of the most requested men in the Sho-Link organization.

“Along with his experience, Terry brings a high level of enthusiasm to the show floor, which rubs off on everyone he talks to,” expounds City Manager Paul Raffanti. “Terry has the unique ability of leaving a lasting impression on all clients and account executives that he meets. He makes my job a lot easier. I’m lucky to have him.”

“I’m very proud and happy to be a part of such a classy organization like Sho-Link,” raves Terry. “I’d like to thank President Alan Scaccia and Paul Raffanti for this opportunity. I think Paul is one of the top City Manager’s in the trade show business, and I’m lucky to be a part of his talented Chicago team.”

In the Corporate office, Deborah Markham has taken on the role of Customer Representative. Deborah will handle all orders for Sho-Link directly managed cities.

Sharon Warnock has joined Sho-Link as Administrative Assistant, taking over Deborah’s previous responsibilities.

“I am pleased to be a part of Sho-Link and look forward to meeting everyone,” states Sharon. “I look forward to a long and happy working relationship with Sho-Link for many years to come.”

Sho-Link personnel from Atlanta, Mike Haren and Wes Weaver, took the initiative to assist fellow “Sho-Linkeans” in Florida after several hurricanes devastated the area.

Following the road trip down, Mike and Wes contacted Rob West, Orlando City Manager, and were put to good use in helping with home repairs and other necessities.

“We were very grateful for their assistance,” expresses West. “The friendships we have forged with Sho-Link are really testament to the family-like feel the company has always had.”

“When we heard about the hurricanes in Florida, our first thoughts were of the friends we had down there,” states Haren. “We were glad we were in a position to help.”

All of Sho-Link extends thanks to Mike and Wes for their assistance.
