     “I have spoken to a new client of ours from APL Lighting; she is having Spectrum Show Services install her booth in New York next month.

     Being new to the trade show industry at the beginning of this process, she brought up some concerns with setting the booth to the attention of Dan Sclocchini at Spectrum. She called me again today and cannot stop thanking me for putting her in touch with him. He has gone above and beyond to soothe her and answer all of her questions and let her know that we would be able to handle the issues that were presenting themselves.

    “I wanted to send you a quick note to tell you that I received a call from Destination Irvine today. They called to say that they had a great show and that they looked better than ever. Part of that was due to you coordinating with Victor to help us out on short notice. It was the first time I had worked with Victor and he seems to be another great addition to the S. California team. Victor was very friendly, efficient, and had a great attitude. He was able to mount the flat panel up on the exhibit which made the booth look complete and gave them a better presence.      “I’m not sure if you remember, but we met three weeks ago at the CTIA Wireless show in Orlando. I wanted to just drop you a quick line and let you know how impressed I have been with the Sho-Link group in my past three setups going back to last June in Chicago.

     Everyone in your organization that I have worked with has been excellent. All the city managers were on top of my orders and even checked in with me before the show to confirm orders and floor plans. Once on site, all the workers set up my booth with such great efficiency and professionalism. They were all friendly too, which is great for me as an exhibitor as it makes my job that much easier. I was very impressed when I actually received my money back from our deposit for both the San Jose and Orlando shows, and I think I was even more impressed with how quickly we received the money. I just recently placed our order for Chicago in June and was impressed at how quickly my confirmation came back to me.

     Overall I find your organization to be very efficient. Everything has been handled well beyond my expectations and I look forward to seeing the team in Chicago in a couple months.
